Domestic Shipping Policy
Jack Robie offers FREE domestic shipping to customers in the United States. Customers residing on the East Coast and parts of the Midwest should expect orders to be delivered within 1-3 days of the order date. Customers residing on the West Coast should expect to receive their orders within 4-5 days of the order date. Customers may elect to expedite the delivery of the order with applicable FedEx shipping fees.
International Shipping Policy
Jack Robie offers shipping to international customers with applicable rates through our fulfillment partner International Checkout. International customers should receive their items between 5-8 business days after placing the order.
Return Policy
Customers may return or exchange Jack Robie merchandise within 21 days of the delivery date, provided that the items have not been worn, washed or altered. Please include the receipt and denote on the receipt whether you would like to be refunded or exchange the returned merchandise for another product. You may request a prepaid FedEx return shipping label by emailing us at returns@jackrobie.com .

Exchange Policy for Gifts
Customers may exchange Jack Robie merchandise without a receipt, provided that the items have not been worn, washed or altered. To exchange merchandise, please send the items to the address below and include your name and email address. We will create an account with store credit for you and notify you with the amount of store credit available.
