How much does shipping cost?

• All domestic ground shipping is free of charge via UPS
• 2-dayshipping is $20.
• Next-day air is $35.
• We do ship internationally, pricing varies based on country.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed on U.S. business days before 3:00PM will ship the same day. After 3:00PM, or on weekends/federal holidays, orders will be shipped the next business day. Once your shirt is on its way, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with UPS tracking information. In general, East-Coast & Mid-West customers can expect delivery in 1-3 days, West-Coast and Southwest customers should expect delivery in 3-5 days.

What is the policy on returns and exchanges?

We provide free returns and exchanges (both ways) within 3 months of delivery date (provided that the shirt is structurally in good condition). E-mail us and we'll provide you with a pre-paid return label.

The shirt I want is out of stock in my size, when will it be back?

It depends on the shirt. E-mail info@jackrobie.com and we'll let you know

Where do you get your fabrics?

Wherever we can get the world's best materials. Most commonly we source 100% cottons from Japan and Italy.

Why do you make your shirts in the USA?

The quality and consistency that is in every shirt we ship. Our shirts are built to last you many many years, and the best way to make sure we deliver that is to meet with our suppliers face-to-face on a regular basis. We also think that supporting our country's work force is the right thing to do.

Our shirts are offered exclusively on www.jackrobie.com and at select pop-up retail opportunities from time-to-time. If you're buying a Jack Robie shirt, it's coming directly from us to you.
